With Hnry's "Allocations" feature, you can set aside a percentage of your income to be allocated to paying off legacy tax bills from your life pre-Hnry – each time you get paid.
Setting up an Allocation to IRD is easy.
Create an Allocation in your Hnry Dashboard: 'My Account' > 'Allocations' > 'Add a New Allocation', and choose "NZ Bank Account".
The details you will need to enter are:
Allocation Name: IRD Tax Payment
Allocation Percentage: You decide
Bank Account Number: 03-0049-0001100-27
Code: Account and time period (with a space): eg 'INC 31032019', for the 2018/19 tax year; 'INC 31032018', for the 2017/18 tax year; and so on.
Particulars: Your IRD number (if you have an 8-digit IRD number put a zero in front of the number)
Click the "Add Allocation" button and that's it!
